🚔🐕 Who’s the Beast Now? Delaware Daredevil Nibbles on Police Pup in Epic Run-In! 😳🚨
TL;DR;
A Delaware dude, presumably a little too ‘lit’🍺, took a hearty chomp at a police K9 amidst a late-night arrest. The man, who bit the dog more than once, was initially pulled over for speeding and things escalated. His questionable canine cuisine left injuries on both the man and the K9, and the rascal faces multiple charges. All things considered, a bit too ‘ruff’ night, wouldn’t you say?🐶🚔
“Dog bites man” is a tale as old as time but how about “man bites dog” and that too, a police dog! In an unexpected turn of events, Jamal Wing, a 47-year-old from Delaware, got into a bit of a scuffle with law enforcement and their furry companion. But who got the worst of it? Man, dog, or perhaps the Delaware legal system that now has to figure out what to do with this case? 🤔🐕
So how does a guy end up biting a police dog? Well, it all began on a presumably boring Saturday night in Wilmington. Mr. Wing decided to make his own fun by taking his car for a spin – a fast spin – on a local highway. And, as we all know, fast cars and cops go together like peanut butter and jelly, or should we say, like dogs and chew toys? 😜🚗💨
Our daredevil was soon pulled over by the state police, but did he stay calm and cooperate? Nah! Wing decided to jump out of his vehicle without any prompting, leaving the officers flabbergasted. Were they dealing with a rebel without a cause? Or maybe just a rebel without a clue? 🤷♀️🚔
When orders to get back in the car were met with a cold shoulder, the police decided to let their K9 do the ‘talking.’ The dog charged at Wing and instead of the usual fear or submission, Wing chomped down on the K9. That’s right, he bit the dog, and not just once! Surely, this isn’t something they train for at the police academy. 🐶👮♂️
Once finally subdued (with probably a doggy treat, who knows?), our protagonist was found to be under the influence. No kidding, right? Wing had quite a few cuts and bruises, including a significant gash above his eye, likely souvenirs from his unexpected dog fight. Two troopers and the K9 needed medical evaluation after this ordeal. The dog probably needed emotional counseling too, wouldn’t you say? 🏥🚑
Our anti-hero has been slapped with a laundry list of charges, including (but not limited to) assaulting the K9, DUI, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and speeding. But our favorite is ‘disorderly conduct’ – yeah, you could say that! He’s currently chilling at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution with a cash bond of $34,200. 🚨👮♂️
